Rosesindy took it upon herself to order and pay for an Uber out of her own pocket, waited with the guest to ensure she was in the Uber, and followed up to make sure the guest arrived safely to her sister’s home. Afterwards, Rosesindy went back to the Marketplace and finished her shift.
The guest’s sister called to thank Rosesindy for her assisting and offered to reimburse for the Uber. Rosesindy responded it was not necessary to reimburse her as she just wanted to help. A week later the guest stopped by the plaza and presented Rosesindy with a thank you card and also a thank you card for the Manager on duty, Ahmad Zayyad, for his allowing Rosesindy to step away from the Marketplace and assist her sister.
